Meet our Pet of the Week, Blue! Blue is a 3 year old (50lb) neutered male German shepherd/husky mix that was trained as a service dog. Due to his small stature it was determined he wouldn’t be a good balance support dog and was surrendered to the Humane Society and placed in foster care. Blue is a very laid back easy going dog. He likes hikes and playing with dogs his own size. He is not a fan of little dogs in his household but will ignore them on leash. He passed his canine good citizen and urban canine public access courses in 2023 but is too old to be put back into a service dog program. He loves kennel time and cuddle time equally but walking is his favorite thing to do. As Pet of the Week there is no fee for Blue to join your family. Shelter ID #114342
